The Government of Ghana has taken a major step toward modernising public financial management with the signing of a Service Level Agreement to integrate the Ghana Integrated Financial Management Information System (GIFMIS) with the Ghana Interbank Payment and Settlement System (GhIPSS).
At the Inclusive FinTech Forum in Kigali, GhIPSS CEO Mrs. Clara B. Arthur joined industry leaders for a conversation on Scaling Beyond Borders in Pan African FinTech. Representing Ghana’s national payments ecosystem, she shared insights on what is required to accelerate sustainable fintech growth across the continent.
